What I do

I'm the Training Clinic Director at the Counseling and Educational Services Clinic and I direct the Clinic Community Engagement Scholarship. I teach MA and PhD classes, advise students, and serve on dissertation committees. I'm a member of the Faculty Senate, the Faculty Senate Personnel Committee, Faculty Executive Committee, Appointment and Promotion Committee, Recruitment and Retention of Faculty of Color Committee, Technology Innovation Network, the Inclusive Excellence Committee, and the Emergency Response Team.

Professional Biography

Andi has been a member of the Counseling Psychology faculty and the CP Training Clinic Director in the Counseling and Educational Services Clinic since October 2011. She also maintains a private practice serving the metro Denver community. Andi previously directed the Iliff Counseling Center from 2005 to 2011. She sat on the Board of the Colorado Society of Psychologists in Private Practice for 3 years (2 years as President) and was a founding member of the Colorado Psychological Association Society for the Advancement of Multiculturalism and Diversity. Andi's research has been presented at the American Psychological Association and the National Summit on Interpersonal Violence and Abuse Across the Lifespan. Andi received a PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver, an MA in Counseling Psychology from Loyola Marymount University, and a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
