The Center on American Politics hosts a variety of in-person and remote events that allow members of the greater DU community to take part in conversations that can enhance their understanding of American politics, the challenges the nation is currently facing and their possible solutions. Events include conversations with elected officials, panels on local and national political issues, and even state gubernatorial and senatorial debates.

2024 Post Legislative Session Review
The Colorado Sun’s politics team will lead a conversation with the state’s legislators about the 2024 Legislative Session. Topics will include the challenges, the successes, and everything in between. This event is hosted by the Scrivner Institute of Public Policy and Center for American Politics at the University of Denver’s Josef Korbel School of International Studies.
