COL Jamie Efaw was commissioned in 1993 by the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. His military education includes the Engineer Officer Basic Course, Armor Officer Advance Course, Combined Arms Service Staff School, Command and General Staff College, Special Warfare Center's Psychological Operations Officer and Regional Studies Courses, Defense Language Institutes' Modern Standard Arabic Course, Joint and Combined Warfare Course and the NATO PSYOPS Course.
