Adjunct Faculty
Dr. Lance Bross is an adjunct professor of public policy at the University of Denver’s Josef Korbel School of Global and Public Affairs. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Baylor University, a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary, an M.S. in Comparative Social Policy from Oxford University, and a Ph.D. in Public Affairs from the University of Colorado Denver. He has worked at the United Nations on global sustainability and poverty and served in the White House Office of Cabinet Affairs during the Clinton administration. His teaching and research center on race, inequality, and the moral dimensions of public policy. He is currently writing a book that examines how self-worth, identity, and mental health are shaped by life in a hypercapitalist culture. Drawing from psychology, policy, and critical theory, his work explores how systems of power shape internal narratives—and how personal transformation and social healing are interconnected.
