Peter Stansbery

Peter is the Grants and Business Manager at the Pardee Institute. He works closely with Director of Operations to support Pardee’s end-to-end business operations, including grants and contracts administration, financials, human resources, operational resources, events, and marketing and communications. 

With over six years in grant and business administration, Peter specializes in strengthening and streamlining administrative systems and operations. Before joining Pardee, he worked as a Senior Grant and Contract Administrator in DU’s Office of Research and Sponsored Programs. He began his career leading democracy development programs in Latin America for the International Republican Institute (IRI), a non-partisan international development organization based in Washington, D.C. 

Peter is pursuing an MBA at the University of Denver, building on a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and History from Skidmore College. When he is not managing budgets or navigating grant compliance, you may find him rollerblading, running, or hiking up a mountain.
