The sweeping tariff policy also poses pressing questions — currently on the Supreme Court’s docket — about the limits of executive power. This discussion will explore the evolving impact of the Trump Administration’s tariff policies on global trade and international relations, as well as examine the economic, constitutional, and political stakes in the United States.
