His work examines how emergent technologies shape political, economic, and development outcomes, drawing on expertise in political economy, globalization, and forecasting. He is a Faculty Affiliate with the Frederick S. Pardee Institute for International Futures, where his work on the International Futures (IFs) modeling system led to a 2026 Fulbright Scholar appointment in residence at the University of Belgrade.
