Megan Lyons is the Associate Director for Bridging the Gap (BTG), overseeing BTG's workshops, trainings, communications, and partnerships funded by the Carnegie Corporation of New York. Megan's career has focused on college student development and supporting successful higher education programs and initiatives, including graduate and undergraduate advising, experiential programs, and faculty engagement.
