Pardee Presents at International Studies Association

Director Jonathan Moyer presented two conference papers at the International Studies Association conference in Baltimore from February 22-25. The first presentation, “Are fragile countries each fragile in their own way?” was a panel concerning state fragility and was based on Minerva-funded work. This paper was co-authored by Pardee's Drew Bowlsby. Jonathan presented alongside Korbel faculty, Oliver Kaplan and Cullen Hendrix, and the panel was chaired by Korbel's Erica Chenoweth. His second presentation was on a paper he co-authored with Dr. Amanda Murdie from the University of Georgia and introduced a Diplometrics data project on international non-governmental organizations.
