  • PPOL 4400 - Introduction to Policy Analysis (4 credits)
  • PPOL 4702 - Data, Evidence and Public Policy (2 credits)
  • PPOL 4702 - Policy Writing (2 credits)

Supporting courses (4 credits)

  • Choose from an approved list of specialized courses

Open to individuals with an undergraduate degree from any accredited institution.

Students do not have to be concurrently enrolled in a graduate program to earn this certificate.

Funding options for standalone certificates 

Standalone certificates do not qualify for merit aid or federal financial aid. However, some employers offer support for certification programs, and you may be eligible for external grants.
