The University of Denver has partnered with the VF Foundation to launch the Outdoor Recreation Industry Program, two interdisciplinary graduate certificates targeted to individuals seeking to enter or advance in the outdoor industry.
These graduate certificates, which include courses from the Daniels College of Business, Josef Korbel School of International Studies and Sturm College of Law, will be taught fully online, including both asynchronous and synchronous content. A “Sprint” format, consisting of focused one-credit courses, will allow students and organizations extensive flexibility to tailor the programs to their specific needs.
By combining courses from the Department of Media, Film and Journalism Studies and the Josef Korbel School of International Studies, students in the International and Intercultural Communication program gain the cultural knowledge, international relations expertise and communications skills they need to be successful in this environment. As a student in the International and Intercultural Communication program, you will have the freedom to build a personalized, relevant coursework plan that prepares you to pursue your unique professional goals.
