Professional Biography

Rhea grew up reading about social implications of our changing environment, amidst the rapidly growing and morphing Indian capital. She focused on ecocriticism as an undergraduate student and wrote her dissertation on environmental conflicts in India for her postgraduate diploma.

Rhea has experience in event management, digital content creation, and academic and science communication. Her past engagements range from being a Policy Researcher for Delhi’s ruling party to working as Managing Correspondent for Harvard University’s ‘Science In The News’. At Korbel, she is also pursuing the Global Environmental Change and Adaptation certificate. Her research interests include climate change and energy policy with a focus on South Asia. Rhea is discovering her newfound love for the Rocky Mountains and hopes to learn to ski soon.
