Pardee Institute Trains USAID and Partners in Indonesia on International Futures Model
The Pardee Institute's Director-Designate Jonathan Moyer and Research Associate David Bohl recently returned from a week of training USAID personnel and partner organizations in Jakarta, Indonesia. From May 23-27, 2016, Moyer and Bohl trained policy practitioners in the IFs forecasting model and how it can support their work. Participants from United Nations Development Programme, BPS (National Statistics), and Muhammadiyah—the largest aid organization in Indonesia—explored the art and science of forecasting with the International Futures Model. “We are very excited to explore new ways of engaging with and supporting the work done by USAID and their partners in Indonesia,” said Bohl.
