Oliver Kaplan is Associate Professor at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies and Director of the ICRS Latin America Center.
Audrey is a first year PhD student in International Studies at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies. Her research interests include migration politics at the intersection of vulnerable populations, gendered institutions, and human rights. She received her Master of Public Administration with a specialization in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Georgia, where she also completed Bachelor of Arts degrees in German and International Affairs. Elliott is both a teaching assistant and research assistant at the Korbel School.
Eduardo Patron is a first year MA candidate in International Studies at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies. Eduardo plans to focus his research on U.S. military and covert operations in Latin America and their effect on human rights crises in the region. Eduardo earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Studies from Xavier University and worked at a law firm as a legal assistant and translator specializing in asylum cases.
